Nobody has to remember a service date
Helmets and other serviced equipment carry deadlines. On the NVQ Platform the deadline chases the crew member — not the other way around — and the whole service case runs in the same portal they order gear from.
As a service date approaches, reminder emails go out automatically — and escalate as the deadline gets closer. Each item can notify the owner or whoever the company designates.
From their own equipment page, the crew member opens the item, attaches photos of its condition, describes the issue and sends the request.
The case moves through five visible stages — sent to service, received by NVQ, service in progress, completed, and sent back — with an email at every step.
When the item returns, its service history is on record and the next interval starts counting — visible to the crew member and the organisation alike.
