Custom Programme

Design your own flight suit

For organisations that need a flight suit built exactly to their own specification — not just a colour choice from the standard range, but a fully custom configuration for your crew.

One programme, two suit configurations

Start with the one-piece FS100 or the two-piece FS200, then adapt the colour, trim, pocket layout and identification system to your crew and operation.

Minimum order 25–50 units, depending on configuration

A custom flight suit programme carries a one-off setup fee and a production fee that covers design development — pattern work, sampling and technical specification for your exact configuration. These are separate from the per-unit price and scale with how much customisation is involved.
