MOLDTS ENTREPRISE, TRADING AS NVQ FLIGHT GEAR · CVR 36112336 · ÅLYKKEN 53, 6710 ESBJERG V, DENMARK
1. Who is responsible for your data
Moldts Entreprise, trading as NVQ Flight Gear (“NVQ”, “we”), CVR 36112336, Ålykken 53, 6710 Esbjerg V, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data processed through nvqflightgear.com — the public site, the webshop and the NVQ Platform. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to info@nvqflightgear.com.
2. What we collect and why
Enquiries and quote requests. When you use the contact form we process the name, email address, company name and message you provide, in order to answer your enquiry (legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to you, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Launch interest registrations. If you register interest in a product that is not yet available, we store your email address and the product in question, in order to email you when it launches (legal basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a)). We record the wording you agreed to and the time of registration. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email we send you, or by writing to info@nvqflightgear.com; the address is deleted immediately on withdrawal, and otherwise once the launch email has been sent.
Webshop orders. When you buy from the webshop we process your name, delivery address, email address and order details in order to deliver your order and handle returns and complaints (legal basis: performance of a contract, art. 6(1)(b)). Payment card details are processed by our payment provider Stripe and never stored on our systems.
NVQ Platform accounts. For organisations using the NVQ Platform we process account data about company administrators and employees — name, work email, role, base, sizes and equipment history — in order to run the organisation's equipment programme (legal basis: performance of the agreement with the organisation, art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Employee data is provided by the organisation, which decides who is enrolled.
Cookies and analytics. Necessary cookies keep login sessions, the basket and checkout working. Google Analytics runs only if you consent to analytics cookies (legal basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a)) and can be switched off at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. Who we share data with
We use a small number of processors to run the site and fulfil orders. They process data on our instructions only:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Shipmondo — shipping labels and delivery
- Printful — production and fulfilment of certain products (receives the delivery name and address for those orders)
- Supabase — database, login and hosting of account data
- Vercel — hosting of the website
- Resend — sending transactional email
- Google Analytics — visitor statistics, only with your consent
Some of these providers are based in, or use infrastructure in, countries outside the EU/EEA (notably the United States). Where that is the case, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. How long we keep data
- Order and invoice data: 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act
- Enquiries: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up
- Launch interest registrations: until the launch email for that product has been sent, or until you ask to be removed
- Platform account data: for the duration of the organisation's agreement, after which it is deleted or anonymised
- Analytics data: per the retention configured in Google Analytics
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to the data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, have data deleted, have processing restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw a consent at any time (which does not affect processing that happened before the withdrawal). Write to info@nvqflightgear.com and we will respond without undue delay.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby — datatilsynet.dk.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our processing changes — for example when new tools are added. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
