NVQ
For Helicopter Operators

One equipment programme across crews, roles and bases

NVQ helps helicopter operators bring flight apparel, specialist equipment and everyday crew gear into one controlled programme. Define approved products, store employee sizes, manage allowances and keep a complete history from onboarding to offboarding.

What this replaces

Replace fragmented procurement and manual equipment records

Equipment managers often coordinate sizes, product approvals, orders, replacements and returns across spreadsheets, emails and multiple suppliers. That creates unnecessary administration and makes it difficult to see what each employee has received.

  • Multiple suppliers and inconsistent ordering processes
  • Employee sizes stored in separate files or emails
  • No role-based approved product catalogue
  • Slow onboarding and repeat orders
  • Limited history of issued and replacement equipment
  • Missed service or replacement requirements
  • Incomplete returns when employees leave

Platform overview

Full control for your organisation

Approved crew equipment

Define products, variants, colours, patches and configurations by role or department.

Employee profiles and sizes

Structured size information and fit notes kept with each employee.

Allowances and points

Allocate an annual allowance while employees see points — never your negotiated prices. Enforced by the platform itself, not by policy.

Controlled ordering

Employees select from the approved catalogue; managers retain approval and exception rules.

Issued-equipment history

Orders, issue dates, serial numbers, replacements and items that must be returned.

Service and maintenance tracking

Service intervals per item, automated reminder emails and a structured service case for helmets and other serviced equipment.

Size exchanges

Employees request an exchange in the portal; the decision and the replacement are tracked to the end.

Offboarding

A clear return list is created automatically when an employee leaves.

Company-specific branding

Company colours, logos and name formats within the controlled product design.

Security & GDPR

Company and employee data never crosses between organisations

Each organisation's employees, sizes, points, orders and issued equipment are strictly isolated — the separation is enforced at the database layer, not just in the interface. Employees never see your negotiated company prices, only approved products and their point values. Administrative access runs with role-based permissions and two-factor authentication; formal security and data-processing documentation is being finalised with our legal advisors.
